Mariah Fee lives in NYC. Born/raised in Brooklyn. Lived on a kibbutz in Israel, houseboat in Holland. B.F.A.: RISD, M.F.A. U. Mass., Amherst. Studied at: Amherst College. Brown U., Cooper Union. Currently teaches at Parsons School of Design in NYC. Her painting researched during residencies at locations in: Tokyo, Hong Kong, Spain, North Africa, France, Great Britian, Ireland and the Sante Fe Art Institute. Currently: visiting artist at Lafayette College doing large scale digital prints. Painted murals in Arizona, Massachusetts, New York and Washington,D.C. Grants include: N.E.A., Massachusetts Council for the Arts, Westchester Council for the Arts. In the collection of Wallace and Edsel Ford, Detroit MI.
